The Recovery Hub is a place for people in recovery and those who are coming to the end of their treatment.
It provides a safe and comfortable environment for people to gain support, advice and guidance. The Recovery Hub hosts a range of activities including; dance, drop-ins, adventure activities like hiking and canoeing, Structured Group Recovery Programme to support cravings, next steps and improve overall wellbeing to help people to stay focused on their recovery. We have a daily Breakfast club.
You can find us in Portland House on the Groundfloor. Please feel free to pop along, we’re always happy to answer questions.

Festive toolbox: A group to support you in your recovery this Christmas
Sessions run every Wednesday from 20th November to 18th December
- Session 1 on the 20th November: An introductory session on understanding triggers and developing assertive communication.
- Session 2 on the 27th November: manage triggers and stress
- Session 3 on the 4th December: Harm Reduction, managing holiday gatherings and expectations
- Session 4 on the 11th December: Coping with loneliness & building support networks
- Session 5 on the 18th December: Celebratory session, with mince pies and hot chocolate, card making and useful future planning to keep you safe
