Our Recovery Hub Timetable for February

The Recovery Hub is a place for people in recovery and those who are coming to the end of their treatment.
It provides a safe and comfortable environment for people to gain support, advice and guidance. The Recovery Hub hosts a range of activities including; dance, drop-ins, adventure activities like hiking and canoeing, Structured Group Recovery Programme to support cravings, next steps and improve overall wellbeing to help people to stay focused on their recovery. We have a daily Breakfast club.

You can find us in Portland House on the Groundfloor. Please feel free to pop along, we’re always happy to answer questions.

Monday:

  • 10 to 11:30am Breakfast Club
  • 10-11AM Together Ladies Connect (Women’s Only)
  • 12-1PM Intro to Groups
  • 2-4PM Recovery Hub Safe Space

Tuesday

  • 10 to 11:30am Breakfast Club
  • 11:30 to 1pm: Drop-in
  • 12-1PM Recovery Toolbox
  • 12-1PM Intro to SMART
  • 1-3PM LGBTQ+ Scented Candle Making

Wednesday

  • 10 to 11:30am Breakfast Club
  • 10:30-12PM Women’s SMART Meeting
  • 4-5PM Mixed Martial Arts, Shootfighters, S2 4BL

Thursday

  • 10-11:30AM Breakfast Club
    12-1PM Confidence Building
    1-2:30PM LGBTQ+ SMART Meeting
    5:00-6:45PM Concerned Others
    Friday

10 to 11:30am Breakfast Club
12 to 1pm: Cycle of Change
1:30 to 2:30pm: weightlifting, Structured sport and fitness, S2 4BL
1:30 to 3pm: arts and crafts
2 to 3:30pm: Smart meeting
